Shuyuan Tian, Junior partner

a dedicated attorney with a strong background in immigration law and community engagement. She is a member of the Broome County Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, and the American Immigration Law Association. A graduate of the Broome Leadership Institute (Class of 2018), she actively contributes to the legal profession and local community.

With a global legal education, she earned her LL.B. from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China (2008) and an LL.M. from the University of Connecticut School of Law (2010).

Hugh Truk, Funder & Senior partner

Founded the New york law firm since 2003, overseeing mergers & acquisitions, voluntary liquidations, bankruptcy, and corporate tax strategies across all practice areas.

A 1973 graduate of Duke Law School, Mr. Turk has dedicated his career to mergers & acquisitions. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, as well as before the United States Supreme Court. Over his 33 years with Sullivan Papain, he has successfully managed complex transactions and achieved outstanding results, even in the most challenging liability cases.
